Scope
- Designing and harmonising business processes across finance, controlling, procurement, sales, production, logistics and warehousing using SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Planning and executing the migration of master and transactional data through multiple test migration cycles, followed by business validation.
- Designing, implementing and testing integrations between SAP and enterprise systems, including EDI, document management and other business interfaces.
- Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), business readiness, cutover activities, year-end inventory transition and go-live preparation.
