Scope
Driving Digital Transformation Program for a major player in Pharma industry, converting their largest campus and one of the biggest vaccine producing factories in Europe. The scope included the implementation, validation (GxP) and piloting of the following systems:
- ERP – Oracle JD Edwards
- Laboratory Management System, LIMS – Thermofisher
- Quality Management System, QMS – Ennov
Other than the implementation of the above systems, the purpose was to introduce the whole new Project Culture as well. For the first time in Ceva the project was done under PMI best practices.
Key User concept was developed to support this project, with participation of 15 key users. Full scope included gathering business requirements, creating URS, FS, going through RFI – RFP process, selecting providers, controlling development and configuration activities, conducting trainings and preparing for Go Live, Go Live, and Go Live Support.
Result
TAll systems implemented, validated and functioning as per specifications.
