Scope
Supported the expansion of an Application Management Support (AMS) organization by leading the structured takeover of SAP application support services. The engagement focused on establishing support capabilities, coordinating cutover activities, and implementing standardized operational processes in a complex enterprise IT environment.
Result
Successfully delivered the takeover of all major in-scope SAP application support landscape (prod, dev, test, sandbx) and completed two successful non-SAP pilot transitions. The engagement established the foundation for future service expansion and strengthened the organization’s application support capabilities.
