Scope

Design and implementation of a unified HR and payroll ecosystem for a major telecommunications provider.
The project connected SAP Human Resources Core with Payroll and Time Management to ensure consistent and automated handling of employee, organizational, and payroll data across multiple subsidiaries.
Activities included infrastructure deployment, configuration of integration engines, full data migration and validation, redesign of access management, and setup of a scheduled interface enabling continuous data synchronization between HR and Payroll systems.
Comprehensive testing and encryption were performed to ensure compliance and information security standards.

Result

The project delivered a fully integrated HR and payroll platform with real time data synchronization, eliminating manual processing and reducing reconciliation effort.
Operational efficiency, transparency, and data integrity significantly improved, while payroll and HR workflows were unified under a single digital ecosystem.
Both systems were successfully launched according to plan and stabilized through structured hypercare support, ensuring uninterrupted service continuity.
